Roundup: Blog Posts For The Worried Entrepreneur

28 April 2026

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed and worried about finances in your firm right now? If the answer is yes, we have rounded up some blog posts for you to read, think about, and perhaps implement some of our tips, too. Especially if you are in no peer network at the moment, doing business can be a lonely affair, but at least you don’t have to feel as if nobody else understands you and your situation. If things are tangled up, start from only one of these posts, and decide whether any of it applies to your circumstances!

Stress And Worries Block Hopeful Productivity

You find encouragement, tips and straight talk here. Every entrepreneur experiences both ups and downs on their journey, so we want to help you view your circumstances from a different perspective. This could take you out of your funk sooner!

Alternatives To Free

Instead of offering your products and services for free for example in exchange of testimonials, we have compiled alternatives that still bring in money in our post 5 Alternatives To Giving Your Products Or Services Away For Free:

Mindset Can Hold Entrepreneurs Back

This is not to say that the entrepreneur is the problem, but the entrepreneur can indeed create obstacles themself that become success blockers. Mindset affects everything in our daily lives, and contemporary neuropsychology teaches us that whatever we tell ourselves, repeat internally, and believe about ourselves becomes our truth. If that message includes incompetence of some type, that is how we will behave. If we on the other hand say that something is hard, but we can figure it out, that will become what we believe and how we behave as a result. Powerful stuff!

In our post 3 Typical Mindset Issues That Can Hold An Entrepreneur Back we ponder entrepreneurship from this perspective:

Slow Business Is Nerve-Wracking

When orders don’t roll in, it is no wonder that gloominess can set in quickly. Small actions are better than doing nothing, but in such a state of mind it is easy to stop thinking clearly. Our post Five Tips For When Business Is Slow offers ideas you may not have thought of yet:

Easy Email Improvements

If you have a list of newsletter subscribers, now is a good time to walk through our easily implemented fixes that surprisingly many competitors are still getting wrong each time they send emails. Read our post Three Easy Improvements To Make Your Emails Stand Out to check whether you have missed one or more of them, and fix them today:

Product Photography That Shines

If you need to take your own product photos, there are some basic things to consider besides composition that can elevate photos created even on a “simple” smartphone. Natural light on an overcast day is part of a recipe for success, as are our nine further tips in our post Our Best Product Photography Tips Through 9 Photos:

Change Is Hard But Possible

Self-development and personal growth of the leader are key to a firm becoming more successful over time, and unfortunately there are no quick fixes or work-arounds.

Self-work is uncomfortable at best, and both upsetting and emotionally draining at worst, so if you think talking to a therapist or similar could help unlock things for you, when there are enough funds, I recommend this outside perspective. When money is scarce, we can do “micro therapy” by seeking out reputable sources in social media, engaging with their research-based content, and prime ourselves slowly through bite-sized ideas for deeper work later on.

If we on the other hand feel wobbly, but mentally stable, once finances are a less acute issue, business coaching could be another route. Life coaches, who offer different types of business coaching, should adhere to the ethical guidelines set by the International Coaching Foundation, which means you can seek out a shorter or longer programme depending on your needs, then implement changes much faster with the help of the coach facilitating your progress.

And if inviting others into your business isn’t an appealing thought, you can check with your library whether they have anything interesting to shake things up a bit. YouTube shows and podcasts can do the same in video and audio format, if that is your preference.

They key point to this roundup post is accountability to yourself and your firm. What does your business need from you to grow stronger?
